Our approved service centre in the UK for MarkBass, DV Mark, and Studiologic is Real Electronics based in Sheffield. If you have any technical questions or queries about your product please contact MSL first, we will be happy to help. For service and repair issues on other brands contact MSL directly – we will handle that for you.

Real Electronics have a validation process linked to the RMA for warranty repairs, so please don’t just send something without warning – delivery could be refused.
